This package offers practical and emotional support during the early weeks after birth, helping you feel cared for, reassured, and more confident as you adjust to life with your baby. It combines hands-on guidance, feeding support, and gentle check-ins so you do not have to navigate the postnatal period alone. What it includes: • 2 home visits. • Feeding support, including breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination feeding. • Baby wearing and bonding support. • A birth debrief session. • 1 baby massage session. • Signposting and tailored advice based on your needs. • Weekly well-being check-ins, with 1 phone call slot of up to 1 hour each week. • WhatsApp support.
