What's Included: • Bi-weekly consultations, with 2 sessions each month. • A personalised support plan tailored to your needs. • Birth partner coaching, so your partner feels informed and confident too. • Breathing exercises and birth positions to support comfort and confidence in labour. • Pain management techniques and practical preparation for birth. • A personalised affirmations recording to encourage calm and confidence. • Birth plan guidance, plus help with your hospital and postpartum list. • A postpartum care plan to help you feel supported after baby arrives. • Birth support and advocacy. • On-call support from 38 weeks, unless agreed otherwise. • Complimentary WhatsApp support and check-ins.
